More than consulting!
Technology transfer is not only understood as consulting of companies and customers in different project phases. Technology transfer means the promotion and dissemination of a technology with the aim of making it economically usable for third parties. Therefore we support a transparent exchange of knowledge, skills and competence with the following services and accompany projects from the idea to the finished product.

- The use of our pilot production line integrated in a whole supply chain from powder characterization to cleaned and sterilized medical devices. This supported by our valuable partner ecosystem.

The m4m process
We facilitate the implementation of additive manufacturing in the MedTech industry with the following process
- Feasibility
In the first phase, the feasibility is clarified and the strategy is defined. This includes designing for AF, defining the supply chain, defining requirements for validation and verification, as well as cost analysis and selection of potential partners.
- Implementation
This involves the implementation of the defined strategy, from design for manufacturing, through manufacturing, supply chain development, interfaces and validation activities, to partner involvement.
- Technology transfer
In the third phase, technology transfer to our customers and their companies is ensured by means of know-how transfer, QA activities, V&V activities and integration support.
