Wymed AG was formed on January 1, 2018 by a merger between Medic AG, founded in 1946 and Wyrsch AG, founded in 1971. Together, the two companies bring over 100 years of experience. Thus, Wymed AG is well-equipped for the specialized production of sophisticated precision mechanical parts and assemblies. As a supplier from the Zurich sub-region, it serves customers with a focus on medical technology, diagnostics and life science. The company supports its partners from prototype to complete series including assembly, as well as sourcing the required C-parts and surface treatments.
As a specialized SME with only qualified and long-standing employees, Wymed AG is a reliable partner for its customers. Thanks to the large machinery, the long-standing network of suppliers and the more than 65 employees, the company has enough flexibility to offer long-term and future-oriented solutions. Continuous investments in the company as well as the advanced automation make it possible to increase the number of units without further investments.
