Many laboratories are currently facing a major leap in development due to the increasing complexity of laboratory processes as well as the increase in regulatory requirements. A first step in this context is increasing automation.
WILD has already implemented a wide variety of modules and devices for quality monitoring in food, pharmaceutical and industrial production and has focused on the development and production of complex laboratory device types. Among other things, WILD produces assemblies and complete devices in the field of mass spectroscopy, which are used in material analysis.
Clean room assembly
These special assemblies are mechanically manufactured with high precision and must meet the strictest cleanliness requirements. In order to ensure the highest level of cleanliness in terms of filmic impurities or particulate cleanliness, WILD has installed special cleanliness processes. These are used, for example, in the production of microscopes or components for mass spectrometers, where the individual parts are subjected to a multi-stage cleaning process. Assembly takes place in ISO 6 and ISO 5 cleanrooms in flow boxes.
But not all laboratory equipment requires such a high standard of cleanliness. Some of them can be assembled in flow boxes in the standard assembly environment. For example, FTIR spectrometers for the analysis of fuels, laser refractometers or special microscopes for the semiconductor market are completely procured, produced, tested and shipped by WILD. With these types of equipment, it is important to adapt to the core technology used in each case and to develop efficient solutions for the production workflow accordingly.
