About us

Hepako GmbH is specialized in the production of high-precision rubber parts for medical and industrial applications. It was founded in 1976 and is based in Raisting am Ammersee, Germany.

Special strengths of Hepako are:

- Micro parts: Miniaturization is a phenomenon affecting ever more aspects of our lives and ever more sectors of industry. Very early on, Hepako recognized there would be a demand for miniature components and focused on the corresponding requirements. The company is consequently in a position to manufacture complex molds for the very smallest of components (holes with a diameter of 0.2 mm; wall thickness from 0.1mm, etc.)

- Complex molded articles: Due to its history, Hepako is a specialist in realizing complex, technically demanding designs and very tight tolerances.

- Composite parts
Rubber bonded with other materials is particularly important in many industries. Hepako has the manufacturing capability to combine rubber with materials such as metal, ceramic or plastic, which for our customers opens up further innovative possibilities.

All rubber materials are available. Highly used materials are silicone rubber (VMQ), liquid silicone rubber (LSR), fluoro silicone, EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM and FFKM.

Hepako´s products are used both in industrial and medical areas. Hepako is certified according to EN ISO 13485.

All products are customized and in line with the wishes of the customers and their specific requirements. Hepako covers the entire range from prototyping to mass production.
